Hello readers, today I'm going to be making a new blog post about P.E. For the last month in P.E we have been doing Gymnastics. Gymnastics is exercises developing or displaying physical agility and coordination. The modern sport of gymnastics typically involves exercises on bars, beam, and floor. I felt more confident to do some apparatus, the first time I did gymnastics, I couldn't do a front flip on the mini tramp but now I can. My favorite part of the who session was going on the mini tramp, I like it because I take turns with my friends. Here is my Takaporepore, Takaporepore means gymnastics.
