Hello readers today I'm going to make a new blog post about freak the mighty. We have been reading this book for three weeks and we have to answer the questions from the book.

1. Where does Freak lead Max on their latest adventure? Max to a part of the hospital that is labeled Medical Research.

2. How does Freak feel when they arrive? Max felt excited when they arrived.

3.   How can Max tell that Freak feels this way? Because he kept touching his on excitement.

Abstract Art.

 Hello readers today I'm going to be making a new blog post about Art. We have been learning about abstract art. Abstract art doesn't represent anything in reality but it might represent how you feel. What I have learnt on abstract art was, texture, cross hatching, drawing lines and drawing geometrical shapes. I think that abstract art is really fun because you are letting your feelings out and drawing or painting it. Please comment on my blog post and give me some feedback about my writing.

 Hello readers today we have been learning about abstract art, abstract art are arts that means a lot but doesn't look like anything else you've seen. Some kinds of abstract arts are painting or drawing things about what you feel. We watched a video about abstract arts, the arts we're made by famous artists. But it didn't look that great. But when we knew the story about abstract art we we're amazed. My favourite part was colouring in my drawing. An advice that I can give you about abstract art is closing your eyes and try to draw what you feel.  Here is what I did:

Freak the Mighty Quiz

Fast Finisher Tasks

Hello readers, today I'm doing my fast finisher work. I need to do this Writing Activity: What does Max mean in Ch 5. (pg 18) when he says, “There’s a place I go inside my head sometimes.”  Why is he going to that place? I think he goes there after he sees Gwen, when he goes there it's cool and dim and you float like a cloud. He is thinking about her because he likes her.

Can you personally relate to what Max is talking about here? No. Why or why not? Because he is not talking properly and saying a lot of things like, cool, dim, floating. Fair Gwen went away and I think that he was just thinking about her. I thought this because it says on the books that "Max likes Fair Gwen"

Freak The Mighty - Characterization

 Hello readers today we are finishing off our Hur2 and Hur4 Tasks. I have finished all the tasks and this is my last one. This last task is our week 2 independent tasks, In our work some of the character on the story are  the characters that we haven't met. That is why my work is not full. Here is my work:

Kevin	a very smart boy with a growth condition wears braces on his legs half of Freak the Mighty
Maxwell Kane Kicker (name in preschool	Big and strong guy. half of the Freaks the Mighty. Not intelligent  He likes going under his bed.
Freak the Mighty	Kevin and Maxwell Kane, they run away from the bullies, good at working together.
Gram	Maxwell’s grandma, she doesn’t like max’s room, she feels like she is like crossing a border of a really foreign country when she is in max's room. Gram doesn't look old and she looks like a mother.
Grim	Max’s grandpa,  he is very protective and cares so much for max. Grandpa likes drinking coffee. He bought a shotgun to protect Max.
Gwen Fair Gwen Gwen of the Air	, she is really good friends with Max’s, she is very beautiful. Gwen's potato salad is way better than the mushy stuff that gram makes. She is Kevin's mother.
Tony D./Blade	He is the bully, they gave him a nickname which is blade. He is the leader of the doghouse which is the bullies.
Loretta Lee	Is the woman that Max and Kevin helped at the store, She was robbed, enemy of Killer Kane.
Iggy Lee	She is the boss of the Panheads which is the motorcycle gang, she is an alcoholic this means that she drinks a lot.
Kenny Kane Killer Kane	Killer Kane is the main antagonist of the book, this means that he is the bad guy. Kenny Kane and killer Kane is the same, but it's just called differently.

 Hello readers today I'm going to be making a new blog post about Freak the Mighty. We have been reading this novel for 1 week now. What is Max’s first impression of Freak? When Max first met Freak, Max Knew a lot about Kevin because he is his friend and they are always together .He thought he wasn't that intelligent, the thought he was big and strong. They became friends because Max helped Kevin get his American Flyer. What is yours? I think that they will be great friends and they will be standing up for themselves.

Freak the Mighty Summary

Hello readers today I'm today I'm going to be making a new blog post about my novel study. We need to do make  a summary about what we have read about the book. Today is our first week, I think it was harder to read because I haven't been doing it for 2 weeks. Who is the protagonist? The protagonist is Kevin and Max. Max is the smart one and he helps Kevin to get smarter. Kevin is big and strong but he is not that intelligent. He helps and protects Max, Max is disabled because he needs leg braces. Max likes playing with his American flyer. They became friends by Max helping Kevin to get his American Flyer. I predict that they will be standing up for people that is getting bullied. Blackout Poetry blog.

 Hello readers today we were making a project about blackout poetry. Blackout poetry is when you circle the word that you want and cover everything else with black. We did our work with the newspapers, we circled the words that we want in our poem and covered everything with black on our second day we needed to design the work. This was  really hard because the words were not coming from us. Making a poem is really hard, but this is way harder. 

I did one about rugby and the lockdown. The supplies that we needed were colored paper, vivid, pen or pencil and newspaper. First step, you can find a subject that you are really interested in like rugby. The second step is looking for the words that you want in your poem. It needs to make sense, the third step is designing your work of what it is about.

I think I did really well on my first time, my feeling on this work was amazed because I didn't know that you can make such good poem by using a newspaper. Here is my work:

Expectations

  Those people without PE gear will not participate and receive a consequence Expect to have a consequence. Once you are changed into your PE gear you must come and sit down as a class in the place you were asked by the teacher. All gear must be left alone until the teacher has instructed you to use it.

Market Day Blog Post.

 Hello readers today I'm going to be making a a blog post about market day, At first we had a brainstorm of what we are going to be selling. We thought of ice cream,  our plan b was selling hotdogs. We chose our jobs that we are going to be managing like being a financial manager, Boss or CEO of the team, marketing manager, and the production manager. I'm the financial manager and will be taking care of the money, I will be checking how much profit we make, how much did we spend to buy our stuff. The CEO of the team will be checking his groupmates if they are doing anything. Our CEO was Jesse Jones I think he had been a good CEO. Marketing manager is going to be taking care of the things that we need, like cones, ice creams and Oreos. 

MARKET DAY - We borrowed a table from our classroom to be our little company, we out all the things we need on the table. Market day started at 10:40 am, There was a lot of customers, in 15 minutes we already sold all of the ice cream, it was our first bucket. We had two buckets of ice cream because we thought that there was a lot of people going to buy it. Our ice cream was cheap, we sold it $1 a cone. On our second bucket there was a long line of HHS students that want to taste our cheap ice cream. In 5 minutes we sold out of them. We still a a lot of cones. We enjoyed the market day, we bought some food from the other companies and the we're good.
